Assignments:
Obtain a copy of the current USFA penalty chart.  One can be found in the USFA Rule book.  Make sure you have a hard copy to bring to class.
Due Date:  A block classes - Monday, Oct. 31.  B block classes - Tuesday, Nov. 1.
 
Classes will take the Five for Life Post Assessment.  For a review, read THIS document.
Test Date:  A block classes - Monday, Oct. 31.  B block classes - Tuesday, Nov. 1


Complete the "Goals" link after loggin in to the WelNet website (www.focusedfitness.org) - set your personal goals for the next FitnessGram.
     Remember, your username is your 7 digit student ID number, your password is your last name.
Also, complete the Five for Life Pre-Assessment.
